Renewable Energy Project Officer

Hello,

I am pleased to invite your First Nation/Organization to submit a proposal for the community-led consultation activities of the Collaborative Process on Indian registration, band membership and First Nation citizenship.

A second and final Call for Proposals has opened beginning August 27, 2018 to October 5, 2018. It is strongly recommended that you submit your proposal as soon as possible, but no later than October 5, 2018. The first round call for proposals closed on August 17, 2018. Those who submitted proposals during the first round will receive notification on whether funding is approved by August 31, 2018.

Please note, if you have already submitted a proposal and have not received notification on whether you have been approved or not by September 4, 2018, please email us at aadnc.fncitizenship-citoyennetepn.aandc@canada.ca or phone the number below.

If you received notification that you were unsuccessful in obtaining funding during the first round call for proposals, you are welcome to submit a revised proposal for the second round.

For more information on how to apply, please see attached document and visit the Department’s website at www.canada.ca/first-nation-citizenship. The process for the second call for proposals will be identical to the first round with the exception of the deadlines.

Please be sure your proposal clearly states how the proposed activities will further the objectives of this process.

We have set up an intake e-mail account to ensure efficient processing of proposals and questions, so please submit questions, proposals or other inquiries by e-mail to aadnc.fncitizenship-citoyennetepn.aandc@canada.ca or:
